Process history of import registration:

1. December 1, 2002 "Administrative Measures for Drug Registration" (Trial) (Decree No. 35)

For the first time, the concept of drug registration was clearly put forward, marking the entry into the unified and perfect stage of China's drug registration policy.

2. Measures for the Administration of Drug Registration on May 1, 2005 (Order No. 17)

In order to adapt to the newly implemented "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China", it further enacted the innovation of drug research and development.

3. October 1, 2007 Newly revised Measures for the Administration of Drug Registration (Order No. 28)

The problems existing in the drug registration management at that time and the shortcomings of the Drug Registration Management Measures implemented at that time were revised again.

4. October 24, 2017

The State Food and Drug Administration has revised the Measures for the Administration of Drug Registration and drafted the Measures for the Administration of Drug Registration (Revised Draft) to publicly solicit opinions.
